Bethany Lotfi

Before joining the team, she managed weatherization services for a nonprofit. Prior to that, she spent many years in banking working at Riggs, First Union and Foxboro Federal.  Bethany also spent time undercover as a Mystery Shopper, evaluating businesses on their service and experience.

In her current role, she ensures smooth day-to-day operations while creating a welcoming and organized environment for clients and staff alike. 

Outside of work, Bethany enjoys traveling, crafting, and tackling home renovation projects.
