Nicole LaVerde
Nicole LaVerde brings more than a decade of experience building trust, communication, and strong relationships to her role in Client Relations & Office Administration at Byrne Financial Freedom. Early in her career, Nicole served as Executive Assistant to CEOs at multiple companies, where she provided executive-level administrative support, managed office operations, and played a key role in establishing a non-profit organization. She went on to spend over ten years as an educator, specializing in elementary and special education, literacy instruction, and curriculum development. Nicole holds a Master of Education from the University of Southern California and a Kâ12 Administration and Supervision Certification from Longwood University.
Throughout her career, Nicole has distinguished herself as a mentor, organizer, and leader â supporting executive-level operations, coaching new teachers, training colleagues on literacy best practices as a District ELA Cadre Trainer, and directing a summer program serving more than 120 students. These experiences shaped her into someone who listens closely, communicates clearly, and genuinely invests in the people she works with â qualities she now brings to helping clients navigate their financial journey with confidence and care.
Outside of work, Nicole has played the piano since the age of four and still enjoys sitting down at the keys to play leisurely. She also volunteers at a local animal shelter, dedicating her time to caring for animals in need.
